Design feature
   The design and manufacture of the pump meet the requirements of API610 standard.
The inlet and outlet flanges have the same pressure grade, the same caliber, and the vertical axis is horizontally distributed.
Strong interchangeability of parts reduces inventory.
   There are standard drain and exhaust ports.
   Lower NPSH value, small pump installation height, reducing installation cost.
Structure
   There is a bearing frame between the motor and the pump of GDS series pump, which can be used in higher temperature and more important occasions. Compared with horizontal pumps, vertical pipeline pumps with the same performance have a smaller footprint and simple pipeline connections, saving basic investment costs.
Pump casing
The pump casing is a radially split structure, and the pump casing and the pump cover are sealed by a restricted gasket; the pump casing with a diameter of 80mm or more adopts a double volute design to reduce the radial force caused by hydraulic power and reduce the pump Vibration; there is a drain interface on the pump casing. The suction and discharge flanges of the pump body have interfaces for measuring and sealing and flushing.
Pump cover
    The pump cover has heat preservation and cooling functions, and can be used to transport media with special requirements for temperature. The pump cover is equipped with an exhaust plug, which can remove the gas in the pump and pipeline before the pump is started.
Impeller
    The impeller is a single suction, closed impeller, which is installed on the shaft by a key and an impeller nut with a wire threaded sleeve. The wire threaded sleeve has a self-locking function, and the installation of the impeller is safe and reliable; all impellers are subjected to balance test treatment; the impeller hydraulic design maximizes the cavitation performance of the pump.
Seal ring
    The pump body and impeller are equipped with replaceable seal rings. The seal ring clearance of the pump body and impeller meets the operating clearance of the seal ring provided by the API610 standard.
Shaft seal
    The size of the sealed cavity is suitable, and its design meets the needs of packing seals or various mechanical seals. It has good interchangeability and low modification cost. The packing seal cavity and the mechanical seal cavity can be used in common use, and are equipped with a sealed cooling and flushing system. The layout of the sealed circulation system and pipeline complies with the requirements of API682 standard.
Inlet and outlet flange
    The inlet and outlet flange connection form and implementation standards can be changed according to the size and pressure level required by the user. The inlet and outlet flanges of this pump have the same pressure level, the same nominal diameter, and the vertical axis is horizontally distributed.
Bearings and lubrication
   KG series pumps bear the pump load by rolling bearings. The bearings are installed in an integrated bearing frame. The bearing frame can be cooled when there are special requirements. The bearings are lubricated by grease.
Rotation
From the motor end, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
Motor
   The weight of the motor of the KG series pump is completely borne by the pump; the KG series pump consists of a motor frame connecting the motor and the bearing frame, the model of the electric frame is selected by the motor power, and the motor used is an ordinary vertical three-phase asynchronous motor.
