Structural Characteristics

Pump description
KY series pumps are single stage, single suction, long shaft submerged pump, the submerged hydraulic parts are installed on the supporting pipe. Using the independent liquid outlet pipe components, the shaft seal does not require the packing seal. The pump shaft is supported by a sliding bearing in the casing and the sliding bearing. The insertion depth of KY series pump is up to 5.5m. Suitable for conveying various clean or polluted medium.

The main features of the KY pump
   Shaft connection structure is safe and reliable.
   The rotor parts are supported by rolling bearing and sliding bearing, for axial adjustment.
   The rolling bearings lubricated by grease installed on the base plate, the sliding bearing use the self-lubrication or external lubrication.
   Because of the separated liquid outlet pipe, pressurized medium along the axis direction without leakage, if the medium is not volatilize, may not need the shaft seal.
   The pump impeller and casing are below the liquid level, when the pump starts, the impeller has been immerged in the medium, there is no exhaust evacuation and starting problem.
   The high strength pump shaft ensure the smooth operation of the pump. Pump operating speed within the first critical speed of the pump.
   The suction pipe can be installed so that the pump can satisfy the deeper insertion depth.
